What We Do:  We are an Internet Based Company, we sell custom designed Aluminum Awnings to Contractors and "Do It Yourself Homeowners" throughout the United States.

How it Works:

STEP 1 BROWSE THE SITE:  We try to supply as much information on the site as we can including general shipping information (except price), snow requirements, a photo gallery, colors, warranty information, awning materials and we even have a Frequently Asked Questions page too.  We offer different types of Aluminum Awnings, we have Solid Roofed Patio Covers available in Standard Aluminum or Alumawood, Arbor Lattice Patio Covers which only comes in Alumawood and we also have Aluminum Carports which are available in Standard Aluminum or Alumawood.

STEP 2 QUESTIONS:  Call Toll Free 866-337-2381 or email us if you have questions about any of our awnings.  To receive a quote you will need to fill out a form referred to as a free quote, a link is located at the top of every page in the style of awning you are interested in; sorry we are unable to give quotes over the phone due to custom nature of the product and the volume of requests we receive.  Please read the website and learn as much as you can about the product before calling, this will help us help you with your project.

STEP 3 HOW TO RECEIVE A QUOTE:  To receive a quote you will need to fill out a form referred to as a free quote, a link is located at the top of every page in the style of awning you are interested in; sorry we are unable to give quotes over the phone due to custom nature of the product and the volume of requests we receive.  Your Awning is Designed to the specifications required for your application which is determined by pre-approved engineering that we follow based on live load and wind speed requirements dictated by your local building department.  Each quote also includes the cost of freight, your quote will be a delivered price.

We have excellent shipping contracts and are able to ship throughout the United States at very competitive prices.  In case you need  to get a building permit our Awnings have Pre Approved Engineering for 37 states.

STEP 4 ORDER:  You can purchase your awning with a Credit Card or Check, after your Awning is ordered the factory then Manufactures it to your required specifications.  Manufacturing time is generally about nine business days, from there it is either shipped directly to you or ready for customer pickup.

Optional Customer Pickup:
Customer Pickup is available in Romoland and in Sacramento.  The Sacramento Pickup is available for Alumawood Patio Covers, Carports and Arbor Lattice only (Standard Aluminum Patio Covers, Carports, Window Awnings and Door Canopies are not available in Sacramento).
Romoland offers all products for Customer Pickup.
Please Note:  The factory handles no money,  all orders have to be made with us first.

Each kit comes complete with all hardware, flashing, downspouts, etc..  
Detailed Installation instructions are included and technical assistance is available.
Installation varies but generally can be completed in a weekend by the average Homeowner.

STEP 5 SHIPMENT:  Common Carrier is used for the Shipment of the Awning except for Window Awnings & Door Canopies.  The Carrier will help you set up a convenient time for delivery.  The Shipment can be easily handled by two people.
