The Arbor Lattice Mesh Tarps gives you a high degree of sun protection against Ultra Violet Light ( UV Protection) and Heat Deflecting qualities to temper those extreme summer days. Mesh Tarps will also help deflect the wind. Our Arbor Lattice Mesh Tarps are available in 8 different sizes. You can Order a cover for all or part of your Arbor Lattice or as little as you would prefer. The Lattice Mesh tarp has a 60% shade percentage. Tarps have grommets in the corners and spaced at approximately 24" apart and comes in black only. Tarps can be used with any of our arbor lattice patio covers. Ideal for your home or cabin at the lake. The tarps can be used as side shade curtains. Helps keep out the early morning and late afternoon sunlight.

During the Peak of the Summer it will also help cool your home. Like putting on a pair of sunglasses for your home. The Arbor Lattice Mesh will help reduce your utility bill for cooling by using less energy. Will cut down on the sun glare and UV damage going into your home.

It is much simpler if two people are installing the lattice shade kit. Install the kit for those hot Summer months and remove for the Fall, Winter and Early Spring. The months when you want the extra sun for warmth and light.

The tarp installs with the 8" ball bungees that are supplied with your order. Quantity per chart and color may vary from actual picture. You may prefer to use electrical cable ties which can be purchased at your local hardware store.

TALLER POSTS

8' posts come standard, in some cases you may need a taller post such as a 10' or 12'. When you fill out the free quote make a note in the comments box that you would like 10' or 12' posts. We carry 8', 10' and 12' posts, you will have to cut your posts down if you need a different length. For example: say you need a 9' post, from 8' the next size up is 10' so you will have to cut a 10' down to get the desired 9'.

Reasons you will have to cut your posts:
During installation you will almost definitely have to cut your posts to height, even if you only have 8' posts more than likely they will need to be cut. There are a couple reasons you may have to cut your posts. One reason is that almost all slabs have a slope to them and this slope has to be accounted for by modifying the height of your posts. Height of the post is also modified if you need a different length posts than we have in standard lengths. For example: say you need a 9' post, from 8' the next size up is 10' so you will have to cut a 10' down to get the desired 9'.

ROUND COLUMNS

Decorative Round Columns look very nice and are quite popular.
The Round Columns are decoration only, for the engineering they hold no structural value. We supply a 3" square post that goes inside the Column that holds all structural value.

Note: We only ship Round Columns to the West Coast, the Columns are very heavy and have problems with freight damage when they are shipped long distances where they get handled several times by different shipping terminals.

If you are interested in having Columns then when you fill out the free quote make a note in the comments box that you would like Columns with your quote. If you are not on the West Coast we can supply you with the awning and you can purchase Round Columns locally at almost any Home Center.

LEDGER WRAP

The Ledger Wrap is a "C" shaped piece of material that you can put over your ledger board that you attach your rafters to. This will make your ledger look like part of the system. This is an option because some customers prefer to have the ledger the same color as the house so it blends with the wall and cannot really tell it is there and some want the ledger to look like part of the Alumawood Arbor Lattice system.
