Shipping

Our Awnings, Patio Covers, Carports and Lattice Kits are delivered by common carriers such as  Roadway, Viking, etc. The size of your cover will determine the shipper used. For our Aluminum Products that are smaller we will use UPS, Fed-Ex, etc. depending on your location. We have contracts, with some very good discounted rates. with many local and nationwide carriers.

A patio cover ordered on a Monday is on its way to you by the following Monday of the next week. Carrier and distance determine shipping time. Shipping to Louisiana takes about 4 business days from California. To East Coast the trip is about 4-5 business days. Shipping time within California generally 1-2 business days. All of these time frames are averaged. 

An average size awning or patio will be shipped in 5 or 6 boxes.  Carports are generally larger covers will of course require more packages in order to be easily moved by a single individual. The wider the Awning, the longer the boxes. The largest length of awning pan we ship is 20' long due to common carrier limitations.

Please inspect your packages upon arrival to make sure all of your material was delivered.  Customers are responsible to notify Awnings Patio Covers and note on Bill of Lading of any missing or damaged items upon receipt.

Our Packaging Department does an outstanding job. However, upon arrival verify that your order is complete just to make sure everything is there. This will save any confusion and be gratefully appreciated. If there is any questions please give us a call.
