you

our

you

say ; 33" projection x 58" in length you
will
receive
a 33" projection x 58". The projection distance can be ordered in
3" multiples.
Q:
What
is
the standard distance
between the stringers holding the window awning pans?

The
normal stringer spacing
is as follows :
From 12" to 66" 2 Stringers
67" to
102" 3 Stringers
You can request more stringers if you feel you will need more support or if
you are covering more than 1 window with 1 window awning. Additional supports
are approx. $ 8.00 each.

How are Window Awnings
delivered?
A: Generally our window awnings are delivered by UPS. Common
carriers
are
used
to
ship
our window awnings that are longer than 8'-6" ( 102" ).
We
have very
good
discounted
rates
with
many
local
and
nationwide
carriers.
Q:
How
heavy
are
the Window Awnings?
A:
On
an
average,
our 3' x 6' window awnings
weigh .80 to 1 lb.
Per
square
foot
(depends
on
actual
components).
Example: A 36" x 72" window awning (18

How
many
days
will
it
take
to
ship?
A: These Awnings are made to order, production time is generally about nine (9)
days from date of order plus shipping time. Carrier
and
distance
determine
shipping
time.
Shipping
to
Louisiana
takes
about 4 business
days
from
California.
To
East
Coast
the
trip
is
about 5
business
days.
Q:
Will
it
come
in
one
package?
A:
An
average
size
awning
will
be
shipped
in 1 box.
Larger window awnings will
require probably one more package.

Can
a
package
be
handled
easily?
A:
The window awning boxes are about 2" longer.
Q:
What
will
happen
if
I
get
a
bad
storm?
A:
Our window awnings
can
be removed by taking the 4 cotter pins out if severe snow or extreme winds
are expected.

How
are
awnings
designed
for
the
snow?
A:
This
is
a
very
important
question.
We do not have
the
engineering
designs for our window awnings. We have window awnings throughout America. If
you are going to get extreme snow you might at least consider a broom to
remove any build up of off the window awning.
Q:
What
connects
the window awning to my home?
A: We use 2 adjustable "U" bracket which connects
the window awning to my home. ("U" bracket quantity may
vary)

What
do
I
do,
I've
got
a
masonry
exterior Brick?
A:
There
are
several
options
available. The installation kit does not come with anchors for a brick home. You
will need to go to your local hardware store and ask for anchors to put in
brick so you can attach a window awnings brackets.

Where
should
I
connect the window awning to
my home?
A: The best place to attach your window awning to is the trim boards around your
window.

Will
I

technical
support?
A:
Yes.
If
after
reading
the
installation
instructions
you
have
any

tools

be
able
to
follow

instructions. Most homeowners
